could someone give us the option to delete marshals and their camps i tried the expeditions and really hate them so seeing the marshals all the time is a constant reminder deleting them would be a pleasure.

I agree expedition sucks - for me anyway. I know many others that like to do them.
To be constructive;
They don't sit well with my playing style. I tend to do adventures when in the mood but when I do them I don't sit there staring intensely at the screen constantly. I tend to send attacks and go do something else - away from the game or in chat. Sometimes I have to judge blocks but that is typically a short activity to see that I am satisfied they are moving in the right order etc.
What I don't want is to constantly monitor the fight and have to change cartoon characters to keep pace with the changing battle orders. This really takes away from my enjoyment and if I wanted a real time battle game I would go off and find something much better at this aspect.
Whilst you cant delete the generals you can return them to your star menu.
- Move all expedition generals to somewhere on your home island away from the normal landing area.
- Finish a normal adventure and have your normal returning generals fill up available landing spaces. If you don't have sufficient generals to cover all spaces than do something silly like plant a load of fields in the general area before the generals return home.
- Start an expedition and send all troops. Once they have left your island cancel the expedition.
- As the expedition troops cant land they will stay in star menu.
- Delete all the silly fields and move normal adventure generals as you see fit.
- Now the generals will stay in your star menu.

To be fair, the whole thing should be done again, based on the original combat design. Player troops fighting on the left and enemy troops on the right, combat fought in rounds and 3 different phases - first strike, normal and last strike.
Expeditions fight from top left and bottom right, with no clear priority and the enemy troops can change which troops are fighting yours.
Other flaws are the time to complete an expedition, while adventures are able to last for days, you only get hours. If a general is defeated he has to wait hours before he can move again. Clearly something is not right there.
My experience with expeditions is they are insanely expensive to build an army, I had no clue who was fighting who and how I kept losing when I thought i'd won, the defeated generals took more time to recover than I had left to win.

Instead of just posting '+1' or agreeing with the original poster my post had or intended to have a useful or beneficial purpose - which I do belief is the purpose of to be constructive.
It explained my playing style and why the adventures in their current format didn't fit with that style. I didn't try to impose my playing style on the game makers and I didn't ask them to fix it to suit my style.
Additionally I proposed a way that the original poster could rid his island of the Generals he wanted to delete, albeit they would remain in his star menu but at least a fix of a kind using the current game mechanics.
So in summary, if that is all you had to add to the thread, go act like a lemming and take your derogatory comments off that cliff with you.

Thank you for help
I answered this once, but my answer seems to have vanished. As I think this is a great suggestion I answer one more time.
Please let it be possible to dismiss those marshal's.
Many of us recruit the marshals because we are told to do so in the quests. The quest are at much too early a level, so it is a huge amount to pay of gold coins and other resources to build the buildings needed and recruit the marshals.
For many of us we then later find out that we are never going to do another expedition, when we have done one or 2.
They suck, - they are too expensive and I really don“t like the battle graphics.
The marshall no mater if they are in star or on island are a constant reminder of how much we hate the expeditions. The problem with too little landing space for generals are also annoying, but I would prefer to see the marshals send to the back side of the moon, so I would no longer need to be reminded. Why have them when I am never going to use them.
so I would love to be able to dismiss them.
It would be a great idea also to change the quest. Put them at a much later level - 50 would be nice, and explain what the expeditions is about put so we dont rush into something we later end up hating. Maybe we would have had a less negative atitude then, and some would actually like them.
wow that's a bit harsh - are you telling me to commit suicide ? hmmm what to do - *drums fingers on lips whilst looking up thoughtfully*So in summary, if that is all you had to add to the thread, go act like a lemming and take your derogatory comments off that cliff with you.
Anyway I like expeditions - they are fast , fun and very profitable if you know what you are doing. Also there are no guides , every map is different and so you have to think carefully about every move which makes a nice change from robotically following pre-set maps with pre-set guides. When we get the island extensions maybe the marshals could be exiled there - out of the way and out of sight.
I didn't see it as harsh at all - in the context of your post prior to the edit by Forum Moderators I believe it was a contextual retort which was synonymous with doing something stupid without the assistance of a brain rather than suggest you commit suicide which would have been inappropriate![]()
Thanks for clearing that up( everything with a pinch of salt and all that of course ).
