Once and for all quest

Hello, I cannot complete the 'Once and for all' quest, even though I have defeated all bandits on my home island.

Is this bugged, or are there any suggestions? I cannot move on to other islands / areas, as my explorer doesn't have the skill - I am only lvl 34.

yes it is bugged, but a fix is planned in the maintenance on 17th november
