Purchasing Gems

I've been trying to buy gems during the sale and I'm having issues. It's the first time I've tried to use my mobile credit.

The screen says:

Obtain a code quickly
You are buying 4 Gems
Send PASS to 19717070

Now, I was trying to buy 2000 gems, not 4. When I sent a message to that number, there was no reply. I've also tried calling the tech support number, was put in a queue then told that no one is there to take the call.


Is anyone else having this issue?
