I created fish food and deer musk last night and when I got up this morning they were not in my star menu. Also got a shotfirer and started the quest, blew one rock up and he disappeared...is he supposed to disappear? Thought they were good for more than just one shot? Thank you!

That sounds like the bug canceling R/PH production overnight talked about elsewhere. One of the thigns they are gonna fix in the upcoming maintenance.
