Riches of the Mountain, pick didn't register as collected

As you can see from the image, I collected all five picks and built the mine shaft. But there is still a pick and the adventure requires me to pick it up in order to proceed. I can't pick it up. If I click on it, the graphic plays but it doesn't register as collected. I have tried logging out and back in again. Nothing works.

I know you've said you've already tried it, but can you log out, wait at least 15 minutes, and then log in and try again. Also for good measure you can try clearing your browser's cache too.

I can't. The scenario is only four hours long. So I just lost a bunch of resources. I'm only giving you a heads up.
