    Empty event tabe for Mayor's house

    I think after the latest version of this game, this tab must be empty always after events, so I don't see it is necessary to keep it empty like this, just like provision tabs that shown when you have events items, hidden after events:



    So I suggest to hide it if there is no events ongoing.

    Just get rid of it altogether... there is plenty of room in the first tab for event items, when required.
