Text info on that buff says that friends and guildies can add them,but cant send it to friends-it doesn´t show up as tradeable. Is this a bug or was it only meant for sending as gifts?
It is possible to add it on friends,just not tradeable,so cant sell on To or ask friends to add them
The 255 black and white buffs works fine
