    [Solved] Generals gone with today server crash

    Hi, I bought 2 gem pack with generals (paid few hundred of $) then they more of them gone today

    What happened?
    I sent them to the YWC (young woodcutter adventure) and then server crashed
    When server was on again then they gone (not on adv/neither on home island), all of them (except normal general) was skilled

    Where? When?
    - sandycove, 2025. 04. 24. - around 7-8am (GMT+0)

    What missing?
    Generals
    - 1x Sylvana (full skilled - id: 149384)
    - 1x Older gemini (full skilled - id: 149381)
    - 1x Quartermaster (3 skill - id: 30712)
    - 3x normal general (#3 - id: 1639, #4 - id: 1637) each of them with 5 skills

    Troops:

    MountedSwordsman: 700
    Knight: 310
    ArmoredMarksman: 50
    MountedMarksman: 497
    Besieger: 200

    There is a script that runs in the early hrs, failing that only Support can help you. Seems Sandy gets all the problems lately.

    you have right, today i got them back, seems that script works, i just not understand if they know the issue then why they not fix it directly instead of those scheduled work arounds
