Not at all Don - I think people are just expressing that there's no logic behind the stores being voted in as they can be easily obtained through Trade, or, as in my case, people really dont want them anyway.. I'm not suggesting any BB skulduggery at all.

Also take into account that both the Storehouse and the BHG are likely to appeal more than the Village School to the casual gamer...
They don't tend to bother looking in forums and voting in the polls that can be found there. ;-)
Yeah, I guess the poll here isnt representative of the global settlers playing population, but it is interesting (for me) to realise how different it must be on other servers. Bring on the Equality and Diversity!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but improved warehouses can only be bought with gems, yes? So every one that people are saying can be bought in TO has been bought by someone with gems, yes? Perhaps the "serious" players wanted a break from spending their gems...
I find it comical that, when schools first came out, everyone said they were useless and few people bothered to get them. Now they're vital to the game!
Are you a casual or part-time player? Don't want a chatty guild or expect lots of support?
And do you want the chance to earn a few guild coins but don't want to be forced to do guild quests on a daily basis?

Improved stores have been given away in previous events in the last year and are still available in the merchant and trade office.
People may have said that the Village Schools were useless to start with, that was because they were locked at level 1. I bought them in the event anyway. Now they are upgradeable to level 5 they are a different prospect entirely, I'm sure you knew that though.

This poll only proves that people that read the forums, and sometimes make a contribution, voted with a little more research. Its obvious people can buy storehouse on in the trade office, and BHG only appeals to anyone that has only normal generals.
