Nothing wrong with it, but (assuming it's not a larger capacity barracks) previewing it with an air of mystery implying it's a big deal shows that BB either (a) haven't paid the blindest bit of notice to what they players have been asking for or (b) don't care.
I'm not sure which option puts them in the worst light...
Are you a casual or part-time player? Don't want a chatty guild or expect lots of support?
And do you want the chance to earn a few guild coins but don't want to be forced to do guild quests on a daily basis?

w00t, about time they added some more artwork. I was really disappointed when i finally got my VET but could not tell it apart from my normal generals. Now I have MMA, VET, BHG and normal generals and keep wondering why the graphics department don't make individual barracks for them. I love graphics and tinker myself with such things, so its great to finally see something I wanted to see a year ago.
I love the artwork for TSO and these addictions look fantastic too. They should add more stuff like this since its just a simple graphics change. If they keep things the same size and resolution I don't see why they can't easily swap stuff out for individual graphics like this.
Anyways, well done, i love the way they look!

As Faststriker says, here they are snipped from the test server. Generals in their new battle dress(es):
1. Tavern (dress unchanged)
2. Battle Hardened General
3. Veteran
4. General Log (220 fast gen, showing in the shop, future availability unclear)
5. General Stronghelmet (200 fast gen, showing in the shop, future availability unclear)
6. Major General (in the shop under Epic Items)
7. Master of Martial Arts
When moused over they all currently say "Garrison" as seen above on the Tavern fellow.
A small corner of the large Quartermaster General ("Supply Garrison" - transport only, in the shop under Epic Items) is peeking out at the very top. His already distinctive dress is also unchanged.
The Halloween Grim is out of season on the Test at the moment.
NB Content on the Test is always "subject to change" before going live.
Until BB say something specific about their future availability it may bear keeping in mind Log and Stronghelmet have so far only been available from retail/starter packs. Edit: It's not clear if they're on the Test now just to try on their new clothes or if they are in fact "Coming Soon".

Nice but who really cares?
It will be nice to be able to distinguish generals on adventure maps, I personally have been waiting for this for a while, since i got my first BHG in fact. I'm sure many other players will be happy too, as there have been requests for some time about it. Most would have been happy with a mouse over popup, but this is better I think (for me at least).
