    Hi,

I saw I had the issue this morning. I did absolutely nothing (no cache clearing, no reset, no firefox reinstallation) and used Edge instead.

I just tried with Firefox again, and it works perfectly. I can click to get rid of the first window, no lag, no slowness...

    Thank you !

I can use firefox again, but am also experiencing very bad lag. Clicking on anything in the game takes an age to register.

Can you both supply me with your OS version and Firefox version? Let's see if we can spot something. Thanks!

    Sure !

Windows 10 pro 64bits (with all updates, including 10th anniversary) Firefox 49.0.1 (i don't remember installing a 64bits version, and about firefox says nothing about 64bits, so I guess it's the 32bits one).

Just to be sure, I just rebooted the computer. Launched the game again with Firefox, and still behaving like it always has.

OK - so the hotfix will allow you to log in normally and get past the window, but multiple reports suggest that Firefox still suffers from a huge amount of lag since version 49.01 went live.

This is due to the "Protected Flash" option being automatically turned on by default with the new version. You'll need to follow this guide to turn it off, and you'll notice the lag disappear.

I really doubt that problem is in firefox 49.0.1, I updated to this version on 26th september and problems with login started yesterday and lags occured after "hotfix"
