stuck guild quest

hi All,

Can anyone confirm that making a new guild solves the stuck guildquest thing/ I understood that only older guilds have this issue... I am not aware if this is true. but it would be great to be able to do guild quests again.

Not worth the aggro, fed up getting the same one over and over again.
Instead of adding to the fun, these things are wreaking havoc.
