i have been playing the game with no problems for last few days then today all of a sudden it kept coming up
please click here to refresh the client which i do but it keeps coming back with samething or taking me back to the settlers play game screen
i have cleared the cache and all that
any ideas anyone

A solution here would be appreciated, experiencing very similar problems:
1) Constantly asking me in-game to refresh the game as contact with the server was lost.
2) After clicking 'play now', the game would remain 100% loaded but remain on the loading screen indefinitely.
Sometimes can fix 2) just by refreshing the page until it works.
I was getting this problem from last Sunday till the start of the Easter event on the Thursday, stuck constantly on the loading screen and not being able to get into the game. In the end, after Easter event started, it just worked. There was no solution for me except for just waiting and trying day after day.
I still get the lost server connections and chat channels going down, requiring a re-log on some days and yesterday it took me awhile getting back in after getting kicked as the friends list was just flashing and there was a big white square in the middle of the screen. Other people in the guild have experience the lost server connections also.
I have those same issues with flashing friends list/white screen when I get disconnected,I find if I go to the German log in page,or any TSO related page,then try to log in it works every time,no idea why it should,but it does
