Quest Credit for More Adventures

I had the DQ More adventures (experience 2 new adventures) twice at the same time today. One was at 1/2 progress, the other at 0/2. I had a lootspot on Sons of the Veld which finished and the DQ at 1/2 advanced to 2/2 normally and awarded me the correct rewards. The other quest remained at 0/2 however. I ran a quick Outlaws to mop up achievements and the quest is still at 0/2. All the adventures completed normally, I got loot, star coins and achievements for the adventures as appropriate but my More Adventures DQ will not advance.

Edit: just did an Island of the Pirates. Got achievement credit for all four achievements, got loot and star coins etc but my DQ is still at 0/2.

That "bugging" DQ is/was not a waiting one?
I've seen similar problem when having a DQ in waiting for more than a day (before it got active). I think I managed to get it done as soon as I had all the other DQs done.

It's definitely active and not waiting. I have premium so two DQs a day, it just so happened that they were the same DQ twice today. I don't have any other DQs waiting and the other More Adventures completed normally. Both of the adventures I ran myself (Outlaws and IotP) were while I only had one More Adventures DQ in my journal.
