Also don't forget to clear your cache, or try using another internet browser or machine to see if that helps

I'm also experiencing this error message today.
Please fix this as soon as possible!
I still have members that cant get online and keep getting locked out for hours at a time,with this zone error please get it sorted!! 1 member has not been able to log in for 48hrs and they have tried to contact support .
My memver shave tried that the ones that are lucky and have more than 1 laptop or pc at home not all are so as lucky and still they are locked out.It is the first thing i told them to do by email and has not corrected the fault.In fact the perosn that has been locked out for 48hrs if i try and visit thier island i then get a zone error and get dropped.They have contacted support and i can understand why they are getting a little upset.Originally Posted by peck_ed

It happened to me again, placing 4 silos in sector 5, last time offline for more than 3 days, It sucks big time. :-( Server zone crashed.
The next version (mid February) will include several fixes and this will be fixed.
that is the statement from support that is just crazy i still got members that cant get on.Sorry but you want people votes for awards and you have serious problems that don,t get fixed but you will take peopels money off them fast whe it comes to buying gems.

Oh joy, looks like I have the same problem. Moving stuff around and then got kicked out and cant get back in. I see a script is run around 2am each day, I was locked out around 5am so a long time to wait
Does production stop on the island affected? I hope so otherwise I'm going to run out of a few things and it'll take days to get it back up.
Already sent a message to support, I'll just have to keep trying.
It occurred to me that if this is such a common problem as a forum search shows it to be, perhaps BB should be a little more proactive and put out a news post about the possibility of getting this problem if you move items around.
I know had I read these posts before I wouldn't have bothered as it was only cosmetic items I was moving about.
