Got email from support ... they want to know how many silos I have and how many I should have ... one more than I got ... doh!! I cant prove it ... I asked them if they could check. This is about what I expected and is the reason I did not bother getting in touch, just stopped buying gems as it wens sooooo badly wrong all round.
im fuming you get a witch tower in your loot from dark brotherhood adventure at last then you place it you get all excited as this is the loot you have
10 minutes later you go to place it and you get this
im fuming support open monday-friday today is sunday im locked out game for trying to place a reward the game says you can have what is going on BB this is crazy if things going to mess your game up why give them as prizes, also since you did maintenance on test site i haven't even been able to get on there for 3 days im really angry at the moment

I am in the same situation, and I am getting the same message. I was trying to place a watermill and it crashed. I've been locked out for half a day now, and I was in the middle of Outlaws...
apparently they run scripts at 2am GMT which will unlock the zones but were basically screwed until tomorrow even then we have to hope for the best.
the 1st thing i did was send a ticket to support then posted in here
My zone just crashed on newfoundland for no reason that I can see, this problem seems to be getting worse and not getting fixed, I'm not happy as I only just finished rebuilding the zone on northisle, now my account on newfoundland is dead and could need rebuilding, and as mentioned above there is no support at the weekend, this is not good enough BB, you need people 24/7 when your game is this unreliable, and I just spent £175 on gems in the sale, you would think I would have learned not to spend money on here, well I have now!
Okay so now the zone I just rebuilt has crashed again, so both of my zones are dead, way to go BB

I had a server zone crash a few days ago just for demolishing and rebuilding a few statues, also crashed when i placed a watermill once. I have found a way round it but not sure if it works for everyone, when u place a statue/building it can crash even if u bought it str8 from the shop or got it from a adventure reward, ive found the best thing to do is refresh your browser just b4 u put it down, this has worked for me as I have moved multiple statues and buildings since my last crash.
dont get your hopes up ,have a guildie that has been locked out for 14days now they can't fix it,best they were told was 1) wait until 21st for game reset or 2)reset to lvl1 and they will give all materials,gems etc back bit hard when your a lvl50 player
