Game wont load

Every time we have an event I find my account having issues.

Whilst it's always wise to understand that running a website is a difficult task I am beginning to feel that the consistancy with which things go wrong at events time leaves me taking the only viable alternative available to me.

You really should be ashamed of yourselves for taking money for this level of failure.

I don't look forward to events anymore, I simply dread them.

And it's not something you seem to be able to show any control over.

Same as the rest, I were able to log on at first, but nothing happened when I tried to open door number 6, so I loged out and back in. But now the page turnes White, when I push the play button.
Really sucks, if I will be unable to do all 24 doors, because of a technical error...

does it allow you to log in on the homepage, but not join the game? if so u can skip the play button

Not sure if anyone's answered this already but what I did was:-

From the home page, click on 'shop'. Then you can login.
Click on 'shop' again then press play button.

the web site appears to be broke, doesnt load news, log in button does nothing

The homepage in Internet Explorer 8 is broken for me too, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are working normally for me

Still can't game to work after at least 5 hrs - oh my poor gold production (lol)

You the best Mad_Mart. Top work around. My Internet Explorer 8 wouldn't work as well. Had to use Firefox. This work around helps me log in as usual.

TYVM Mad_Mart i logged in with Internet Explorer using the link to the shop:

Just a thought, but may be Internet Explorer is not working too well because the server clock might be one hour ahead of the actual time ?
