Can't load the game and my friends can't visit my island

I've now 2 guild members who are locked out of the game. Same problem as above. This problem must have the highest priority to fix. I hope they can find the problem soon.It's very annoying when you cannot play the game. Please respond BB to this post with an answer even if you have not found the problem.

hmm... I just got on map for first time in several days. I guess their maintenance reset something. I hope the others also got in.

I was playing last night and moving a building around to make some space. Then nothing happened: the new spot looked as if it was about to be occupied but the building was still on its previous spot (like a garrison before transfer).
I reload the game, thinking it was a simple glitch, but have been unable to go any further than the blue screen with the tip of the day box.
I've tried 2 different computers (so it's not a matter of cache), 3 different browsers and no success.
The beauty is that my son has no problem accessing his own account from any computer...

There are a number of loading issues at the moment, FLICKA404 and Elco it sounds like what you have is this: Can't load my map with the stuck Tip of the Day/Loading Map... rather than the stuck loading bar. (There's also the recurring White Page but that's generally player-side and more easily sorted and the recent Uplay login "hiccup".)

If that's accurate perhaps these posts could be MOD_moved to make keeping track of the different problems easier.

It seems to be the "can't load my map" issue indeed.
It's still not loading btw even though from the same computer my son can easily load his account. When we try accessing my account from his, for buffs, it goes on and on and on without loading either.
My conclusion is that it has nothing to do with whatever computer I try accessing my account, it has more to do with a BB bug/server failure.
I've submitted a ticket but I'm going to miss on the gems today (7th day logging in a row) and I fear for the 6 months/1 year countdown as well I'm not even talking about the resources.

By any chance was the item you were moving a silo/ISh etc
Ie a gem item.

I have had the same, it creates a locked zone, which can be fixed by support, or the maintenance script apparently also fixes it.

Yes, absolutely: I was moving a silo when the glitch started. I can wait to log again but yet fear for the losses...

If it helps any one of the 30 day Achievements and the longer ones for 6 months and a year are non-consecutive days, so even if you miss a few days you only miss a *few*, it doesn't reset. Still, that is a proper pain, especially the gems. :/ Here's hoping Support can lend a hand.

Iolanthe, you've been most helpful and I appreciate your morale support as I still await for Support to review my ticket.
At least my kid can play on his island and I'm passing the time on testing server but it's not the same...

Credit is due: BB has unlocked my account caused by the bug that arises when moving (too often/much) a silo and was gracious enough to grant me the goodies received when logging in, which I couldn't claim when unable to access my account. Thanks, much appreciated!
