New skins for buildings

BB did some anniversary skins a couple of years back; would be nice if they developed this a bit more and gave us settlers the option to say personalise our island more...

For a start, Id like to see a "skin" for the Frozen Manors as they tend to white-out your island if placed so close together. A nice terracotta-roof skin would give my island a more mediterranean feel Same goes for the Mayors House - it's such a large building, and its the 1st thing a visitor sees.

And yes I would love all the bugs to be ironed out fisrt, but this is for a bit of fun

Any other suggestions along these lines that could perhaps improve/make your island your own?

Perhaps an option to set your season and then have the buildings adopt a look and feel associated with the season. I would be happy to see the Frozen Manors thaw out across the year....
