Daily and guild quests not completing: Trade and Buff a Friend

So what's the next course of action? Do we just give up on guild quests untill it is fixed? Does info from here get to developers to have a look at it, or do we need to contact support specifically?

Same problem with my guild quest, "Personal army", subquest "The right number", asking me to "buff at least 10 of your friend's buildings using Solid Sandwiches.". I've tried buffing friends as well as guild members. The buffs are removed from my inventory and the friend' buildings acquire that buff-glow. However, the quest still shows 0/10 buffs given.

I had a daily quest to buff 3 buildings of a friend. Tried all the variations I could think of (friend, guildie, 3 different people) and it didn't help, the quest didn't register as completed. (Ended up cancelling it.)

one of our members is having problems completing the above quest(part of the White Pets GQ) . She says she has done wgats required but the quest won't complete,any one having similar problems

Guild quest bugged for us too - can't complete and the quest can't be abandoned

Possible way round it? Don't know but try clicking on the friend's collects, they are seen as buffs by the game. As I said not got the bug but may work?

This doesn't work. The Strong Allies daily quest is currently not completable. No buffs placed on friend's buildings register at all for the quest.

This is affecting two kinds of quests:

1) buff a friend with x amount of buffs type quest, these do not count any buffs placed on a friends island, work around none that I know of.

2) trade x amount of resource, using direct trade and trade office, any trades set up by the quest owner do not register for this quest. work around this can be done by getting a friend or guildy to set up the trades for you and send them directly - so if you need to buy 10 fish, your friend sends you the 10 fish and vice versa.

If these are just daily quests then they can also be cancelled, but these two problems are affecting guild quests, so guildys cannot complete their guild quest if it involves buffing, and also it seems these issues are affecting players who need to do these quests for the tutorial.

today's guild quest of buffing at least 10 buildings of a friend using solid sandwiches do not work. It does not count any of the buffs

Yes the Buff friends with X buffs i can confirm it is bugged... had to cancel it too.

Just got another daily quest to sell 100 exotic wood.

Selling to a friend isn't recognised, but selling to the community is ok.
