    Talking First Aid Skill

I am enjoying the new skills for the generals, however the first aid skill needs to be looked at. Well not the skill itself rather that when a general loses a battle you still get a percentage of troops back, which is nice but the troops you gain are stuck with the general until he/she recovers. The general is only injured, I'm sure you should be able to reassign the remaining troops. After all they are our troops. "Hey have 9% of your troops back but you can't have them really". Wait, what??

They are obviously injured and are being healed in first aid tent.

Makes perfect sense to me, aswell. The troops were injured and requires first aid, same as the General.

The skill states "Recovers 9% of lost units after every battle" The meaning of the word recover is this... "return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength". Or "find or regain possession of (something stolen or lost)". Or "regain control of (oneself or of a physical or mental state)".

Nowhere in the description or anywhere else for that matter does it say that the troops are also injured along with the general. I believe we should still be able to use these troops. The unload all units icon should still be available. Saying that they are also injured is just poor guess work, as a unit is either dead (in which case you lose said unit) or alive (in which case you get to keep said unit to use again straight away).

Also, if a general wins a battle and recovers 9% of lost troops are these troops also injured? Ermmm no.

Yep, makes perfect sense to me aswell.

Maybe the battle includes the time period after the fight where some of them might be battling for their lives in the first aid tent.

This is simply a case of something which appears was not spotted during the development or test phases, least ways I don't recall any mention of this on test. These things happen.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's

I noticed it at test but always considered it working as intended and that the troops are resting with the general because the skill name is first aid

Even so, when a general wins a battle the troops recovered can be used straight away, no first aid required. I also believe it was overlooked in the testing and developing stages. I hope they look into it and either let us use recovered troops whether a battle is won or lost or all recovered troops are benched until the end of the adventure. I hope for the former as not everyone who plays this game has 20k+ troops. One of the reasons I chose that skill.

I think you are being too literal. The skill is General related, and the benefit of recovered troops in game terms is less troop loss in a battle tied to the skill of the General. I think it is a fair trade to have them linked to the general recovery time...a week ago you would have lost them for good, so look to the positives, a skill that saves troops you can use again without having to make them for the cost of a little time , and then only if your general loses the fight
Are we to be told of adventure changes or not? 1 Month on and still SNEAKY RB changes have not been mentioned

The is skill linked to the general not the troops you save. So why do we forfeit the troops as well. The troops have never had any impact on a generals recovery. Like I said before if the general wins a battle the troops you save can be used again. Why can't people see that it is the general that is injured and NOT the troops. Before this skill was introduced if you had a battle and all the troops were killed but the general still wins said battle, when he/she returns to his/her garrison will he/she be injured because all their troops died? No. So why would it happen the other way around?

All I'm saying is that I think they should look into it and consider that the saved troops should be able to be reassigned.
