This issue should be resolved with today's update. If you still experience this issue, please report it in this thread.

seems it is again reproducible, i tried 2x and never counted, used ONLY soldier for the Horseback adv (Bring more Guns achievement), used the following generals:
YGG, Older Gemini, Sylvana, Cloacked, Nutcracker, Frosty, Steadfast

I got answer to the ticket and the real issue why achievement not was counted was the general, the in-game description doesn't say anything about that but you cannot use first strike general (maybe neither high hitter general), example i did with only major general and achievement was ok.

Sorry but the evidence says they made up that explanation. We have had first strike generals for about a decade, the player base would know about the problem and we don't.

i restarted in last year November (after 9 years of pause from the Settlers), i remember long ago the MMA was added as first general but i do not remember when i played then the achievement gave any tribute buildings like now, so i guess that something new, which makes more sense to do the achievements, so i expected the restriction text for the achievement included the things like this
