I ticketed support 2 times hope someone will handle it.

Gem updates can be slow liek a couple of hours.
Ticket support is very busy as well. so dont expect results within the day.
Nevermind I give up
took now the second day
waiting for answer third day still no gems received
issue a new support ticket as they answer within a day so its odd after 3 u havent heard
another day is over still no answer

theres ur problem if its the same ticket u just keep bumping to bottom of queue and if its new one ur flooding em
