Can't load the game and my friends can't visit my island

Having same problem being stuck at that screen since just after maintenance. Friends also can't visit island so it's clearly a bug in game, not on my end.

After support asked for screen shots a couple days ago, haven't heard anything back so it would seem that it's either not being addressed or can't be fixed - I can only guess.

I think they're investigating, now it's weekend though so you hopefully will get a reply on Monday.

A bit late, and I hope you are already back in and playing. But here is a link to a few things you can try. Usually the first couple of things resolve loading issues. You can also try logging in with a different browser to see if the problem is browser related and then a different computer.
Of course, if you are still having no luck send a ticket to support, letting them know everything you have tried, although I hope you will be playing again before you get to this stage.

The problem exists. I'm stuck at the 'loading map' part of game loading for 24h.

Tried on 2 PCs and 3 browsers. System, browsers, Flash - all up to date. All temp folders cleared several times. No problems on different sites. Ticketed support but only got what seems an automated response.

Meanwhile 6 lev5 gold smelters and 3 lev6 gold mines are running unbuffed. The mines, which were pretty expensive, will collapse.

I've tried all ideas mentioned in this and other relevant threads.

Does anyone know a working fix?

If you have tried everything that is suggested in this thread, then it probably means it is an issue for support to sort out. Contact them here with as much detail as possible about the problem, and the steps you have taken to rectify at your end. They should be able to resolve the problem for you.

I've done that on Friday.

UPDATE: its now more than 72h while I cannot access my island. No answer from support.
