    i sent a report,2 days gone by without my top 5 generals,2 gens stuck on my island for more than 2 days,so 24 hours is well gone and still the same,all i want to know if cipsoft will have my broken island fixed for the halloween event,there will be no halloween event for me with a broken island.i

    In that case:

    If the problem still persists 24 hours after it first occurred, please contact our customer support at [email protected] and provide details about your case. This is the most efficient way to report such issues.

    i sent a report on early hours sunday morning,only got an automated email back,its been more than 48 hours i have had 2 generals stuck on my island,and and more that 36 hours my 5 generals have been missing,

    I have the same issue - missing 13 generals from a WC since Thursday (Oct 23, 20:00 PDT) I contacted [email protected] Friday morning - just got a response back.

    "Please note that a script runs overnight to fix this type of error. Have your generals appeared in the meantime?"

    They are still on their extended world cruise vacation - guess the overnight script is not working on the migrated UK server for Newfoundland - all the missing generals seem to be from that world.

    I did respond back and let support know that they are still missing, fingers crossed they return in time for the event, these are my top generals, some purchased with gems and non-replaceable.... sigh!

    maybe they should put up something in the log screen about it,just so people know they risk losing generals doing Adv,s on our world

    I've been trying to connect to the game since the last update but I keep getting the "server zone crash" popup.
    I've already sent an email to [email protected] but I've received no reply.
    I'm well aware that you guys must be swamped right now but... I would really like to access my island before the Halloween event starts :')

    Chat Server lost

    I've had it reported to me that some players regained use of chat server after northisle migration, after many years fo not having it, have now lost it again as of yesterday. Is this a known bug (re-bug)?

    Can you provide a few more details? Just some players who cannot see the chat? Have they tried re-logging?

    why is there such a delay in chat - takes about a second or two for the message to show up. Yesterday I was having problems buffing my tributes too - the area you need to buff was offset. The same is happening today on my mines. You have to apply the buff to the edge of them or it won't work.
