No rewards for completed achievements?

This post aims to clarify most of the questions in this thread.

As Fexno indicated and as it was announced in the Achievement Dev Diary, many achievements do not apply retroactively and the calculation for them was started on the 7th of May.

There are certain retroactive achievements (like the ones about your level) that you should have gotten the rewards for, but also others (like time played) where the calculations started on the 7th of May.

Most of the achievements that the system can check in the information currently available on your account (like the information displayed) should be completed. However, I do not have a list of all these so please send a detailed ticket to support if you believe that an achievement was either not completed (although it should have been) or if you did not receive the reward for it.

I have already updated some of the bug reports related to and will continue to do so as I get more information.

On the 7th of May rewards from retroactive achievements should have been received. As previously announced, it is also possible that you completed more achievements while the Achievement System was implemented but not activated (after the 7th of May but previous to the 22nd of May maintenance). The rewards for these achievements were credited to your account directly (there was no mail about them).

I have no idea if I got anything as the rewards are so small I wouldn't notice them

I have for sure NOT received neither gems nor granite for achievements completed before the 'go live' date.

As I'm saving gems for my 1st gempit I would have noticed the 750 gems for level 10->50.
Same counts for granite as saving for EW quest chains.

Seems like a ticket to Support is needed ;-/

I received 700 gems on the 8th of May and another 200 a week later. I spoke to a number of other players on both occasions and they had received theirs on those dates too.

Did these Gems come by in game mail ? Or were they just auto added to your Gem Total ? if the latter that was poor as I would recon 50% of the server would not have noticed so are unable to say if they did receive them at all ?

As far as I can tell nothing was sent to me but I guess I could be wrong ... then again I would not be able to prove it either.

please send a detailed ticket to support if you believe that an achievement was either not completed (although it should have been) or if you did not receive the reward for it.

In your case this ticket should include your suspicion that you didn't receive any gems on May 7th, and list all or at least some of the achievements that show completed and reward gems

I might have been credited for all of it, some of it or none of it but I feel I've said my bit on this being a totally insane way to implement a feature.
