    Working on Unknown Regions. 2 camps to go Getting this message now.

    "An Issue Occurred. This adventure is facing an issue and has therefore been stopped. You can choose to leave this adventure, and will receive all the rewards you have unlocked through your progress so far. You'll receive a copy of this adventure as an item, which will allow you to restart the adventure later"

    This has never happened before. What is going on here?

    I can't buy any gems. I saw the earlier message that said it's fixed for the already-migrated servers, which includes European English, but the game isn't letting me buy gems. The header at the top is showing my game handle of my US game, but the body of the page lists my UK game name. I select a gem package, I'm taken to the page where I choose my payment method, I select the credit card option, it changes to green, I click on the Buy link, aaaaaand nothing happens.

    That is the error message I got on my WC - but no loot and my generals never returned home. This happened last Thursday, so i really hope your generals return.

    Did you try buying gems from the US website or the UK website (which of them did you use to log in)?

    now that start of the halloween event,i have 2 of the 5 generals i lost on sat night stuck in my landing zones,and still can not see any of my 5 generals,got an email back yesterday about a 24 hour script,4 days on and those generals still stuck on my landing zone and - 5 generals,great start to the event thanks cipsoft,no adv,s for me

    I have the same issue. At logging in every day it keeps asking me to give permission. That's annoying. Can this be solved?

    This authorisation prompt is needed to give TSO permission to access certain information from the Ubisoft account that is required for the login. Nonetheless, we're already looking into this to see if the frequency can be decreased.

    The UK site. I logged out of my TSO account to make sure, and then re-logged in through .com, and still can't buy gems (which I'm wanting for my UK game). The header at the top still says my US game handle (Droidhak without the number), but the body of the message says that I'm logged in as Droidhak1, which is what it's supposed to say. The Buy button doesn't work.
